I grew up in the little town of Elberta, Alabama and graduated from Foley High School. Growing up I was always involved in sports, which is where I first truly learned about physical wellness and living a healthy lifestyle. I learned at a young age the importance of self care and not neglecting your body. Focusing on wellness makes all the difference and I enjoy sharing that with others and teaching people a better way. I am a firm believer in natural remedies and utilizing natural medicine for staying healthy or restoring health when need be.

When I am not working, I am busy being a mother of two boys, a wife, and also working with youth at the Dream Center of Baldwin County. I love helping make a difference in the lives of kids in our community.
